Who you are contracting with

HelpAEO is operated by REA3 Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 79875361-000-03-26-3), registered at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. "We" and "us" below mean REA3 Limited. Using HelpAEO means you accept these terms.

What HelpAEO does

HelpAEO fetches a web page the way an AI agent would, runs a published set of checks against it, and reports what passed, what failed, and the evidence behind each result. A free scan shows you what is broken. A paid subscription, bought per domain, adds the fix for every failure with the evidence it rests on, your score over time, and a diff between scans showing what broke and what you fixed.

What we do not promise

We don't guarantee AI citations, rankings or traffic. Nobody can — identical queries return overlapping citations only 30–50% of the time.

We say this plainly because the opposite is the industry's standard sales pitch and it is not honest. What we sell is a diagnosis and the work to fix it, measured against checks we publish in full. What an AI system does with your site afterwards is not ours to promise, and any vendor who promises it is describing something they cannot control. Nothing on this site, in a report, or in any conversation with us should be read as a promise about your visibility in an AI system.

What we do commit to

• Every failing check carries its evidence. We show you what we found that made a check fail, not just a verdict — so you can check our work rather than take it on faith.
• A check shown to be wrong gets fixed. If you can demonstrate that a check reached the wrong conclusion about your site, tell us and we will correct it. That is a commitment about the accuracy of our diagnosis, which is the part we control.
• Some checks are judgement calls, and we say which. Most checks are objective — a file exists or it does not. A small number ask a language model to assess something qualitative, and reasonable people can disagree about those. They are marked as such in your report.
• A scan that cannot reach your site says so. If your site is down or blocking our crawler, we report that rather than scoring you as if we had read it.

How scans run

Scans run when you ask for one. A subscription does not currently put your domain on an automatic schedule — you trigger a rescan from your dashboard whenever you want one, as often as you like, for as long as the subscription is active. If we add automatic scheduled scans, we will update this page before we sell them.

Without a subscription, a tracked domain can be rescanned free once every 30 days.

Paying, and cancelling

• A subscription is bought per domain, either month-to-month or annually. Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged in US dollars through Stripe.
• You can cancel any month. Cancelling stops the next charge and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month — if you cancel halfway through a month, that month runs out rather than being refunded.
• Annual plans work the same way. Cancelling stops the renewal, and your access runs to the end of the year you have already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a year, in the same way we do not refund part of a month.
• Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data. Your account, domains and past reports stay until you delete them — see the privacy page.

What you may scan

Scan sites you own, or sites you are authorised to test on someone else's behalf. Do not use HelpAEO against a site you have no relationship with, and do not use it to probe infrastructure that is not a public website. Our crawler identifies itself, reads pages the way a search or AI agent does, and is rate-limited — it is an auditing tool, not a stress test. We may refuse or stop a scan that looks like abuse, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly does this.

Your reports

Your reports are yours. Share them, publish them, or send them to a client — for a full-audit report, use the PDF export. Free report links work without signing in, and anyone with the link can read them, so treat the link as you would the report itself. Full-audit (paid) reports are visible only when signed in to the account that owns them. We do not publish your reports or identify you as a customer without asking you first.

Availability

We do not offer an uptime guarantee and this page does not promise one. HelpAEO is a small product run by a small company; we keep it up and we will tell you when something is broken, but if you need a contractual availability commitment, talk to us before you subscribe rather than relying on this page.

Ending things

You can stop using HelpAEO at any time, cancel from your billing page, and delete your account and everything in it from your account page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks the "what you may scan" rules above, or that is being used to defraud us or a payment provider — in which case we will tell you why, and refund any unused prepaid time unless the reason is fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change affects what you pay, what we commit to, or how cancellation works, we will say so here and email anyone with an active subscription before it takes effect. The date below is always the most recent revision.

Governing law, and getting hold of us

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute arising out of them is to be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, which have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are buying as a consumer somewhere whose own consumer law gives you rights this page cannot take away, those rights still apply to you — nothing here is intended to remove them.
