Get in touch
For anything — a question about a scan, a check result you think is wrong, or anything else — email hello@helpaeo.com.
If your question is about your own site's agent-readiness, the fastest answer is usually to run a free scan and look at the result directly.
What to include
If you're writing in about a specific scan — a check that looks wrong, a score that surprised you, a page the scanner couldn't read — the fastest way to get a useful answer is to include three things: the domain you scanned, a link to the scan result itself (copy it from your browser's address bar once the report has loaded), and what you expected to see versus what actually appeared. A screenshot of the specific check row helps too, but isn't required. A one-line “this seems wrong” with none of that context takes a lot longer to chase down than the same email with a domain and a link attached.
Before you write in
The answer to a lot of questions is already published, and reading it is faster than waiting on a reply. /checks lists every individual check the scanner runs and what each one actually verifies, in plain language. /how-it-works explains how a scan runs and how the score is put together. /pricing lists exactly what each plan includes, so a billing or feature question is often answered there directly.
Who reads this
Every email to hello@helpaeo.com goes to Pedro Pimentel, HelpAEO's founder — there is no support queue or ticketing system behind it, and no one else reads it first. You can read more about why the product exists on /about.
Data and account requests
If you want your data removed rather than a question answered, you don't need to email at all: signing in and using the delete-account control on /account permanently deletes your account, every scan you've ever run — including paid ones — and every tracked domain, with no admin path to recover it afterward. /privacy documents exactly what's stored for a scan, for an account and its sessions, for a tracked domain, and which third parties are involved — read it before writing in if your question is about data rather than a result.
